Shipping
Most orders leave us within two business days of being placed, with a tracking number emailed to you once the carrier collects the parcel. There is free shipping in the United States on every order.
Now and then something holds an order up, such as a carrier backlog, bad weather, or a payment or address check. Our Terms allow up to ten business days for dispatch to cover those cases. If yours will take longer than that, we email you.
Returns
You may return a product within 30 days of it shipping. Email support@usabloodbalance.com and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds are processed within two business days of the product arriving back with us, and your bank then takes three to ten days to show it.
